How do you weigh up the need to work, cooking dinner every night and shopping for the best produce, keeping healthy and sane all whilst raising a family? If you have the answer let me know. At 47 years of age, I am still working out how to balance it all.
Along the way I often find little gems that help. For me, I love to cook, and I love to shop with local growers. One of the things I terribly miss from my life in North Queensland is having access to incredible fresh produce. Believe me, the difference to your cooking is crazy good. The kids will love what you dish up on their plate. The difference is intense, not just in taste but also in nutrients. The bonus is supporting local producers, true farm to plate living, sustainable produce is not the future, it's now! So go support your local farmer!
